Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup tofu (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add tofu and vegetables, sauté until tender.
