Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cold pressed groundnut oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup warm water (adjust for desired consistency)

Steps
